We offer VIP pricing to a wide range of customers that can verify their status through our partner, VerifyPass. In addition, Law Enforcement, Military and FFL Holders that complete verification are able to bypass purchasing restrictions in states with restrictions on magazine capacity, or special delivery requirements for other products (excluding firearms, which MUST ship to an FFL in all cases).
If you meet more the criteria for more than one type of verification, go with the highest in the list e.g if you are an FFL holder and Law Enforcement, follow the FFL holder path. The higher in the list you can complete verification the more state purchasing restrictions will be removed.
You can only verify once per account, and verifications will expire (you'll get notified by email when we need you to verify your account again).

Why am I being asked to do this?
Two reasons - Firstly, for some professions and license holders, this allows us to unlock purchasing of restricted items e.g high capacity magazines or ammunition delivered directly to your home instead of an FFL.
Secondaly, fraud is rampant online, and we are a regular victim. We're able to offer discounts on most products to customers that go through a simple verification as it reduces the risk that the account is fraudulent.
What will happen with my data?
Saint Barbs does not have access to any of the data used to verify your account, that is all held by our partner VerifyPass. All we get notified of is if verification passed, and what type of verification was completed. In some cases we may ask for a copy of the document used to verify your account (e.g for Concealed Carry holders or FFL licensees), and those documents are purely used to meet our compliance obligations.
Does this cost anything?
No!
How big are the discounts?
It varies. Look for the VIP badge on products that offer a discount, and make sure you are logged in with your verified account to see the VIP pricing. Discounts vary from a few percent up to 30% on some items. We aren't able to show the exact discounts publicly due to a number of different manufacturer restrictions.

How long does verification take?
VerifyPass will advise how long processing is expected to take when you submit your documentation. Often it is completed within minutes to a few hours.
Who do I contact if verfication succeeds, but I am not seeing discounts or am still blocked from purchasing items?

How can I tell that VIP pricing is active?
We're working on a way to confirm that you're seeing VIP pricing. If you are not 100% sure if it is active, you can view the same product in a private/icognito window, which will show you public pricing. If you don't see any difference between public and VIP pricing on a product that has the VIP Pricing badge please get in touch with us.
