A lot has stayed the same, we're still selling the same products, shipping to the same places, but we've made some exciting new changes.

Existing customers will need to reset their passwords before being able to log in to the new site, as a security precaution because we can't see your passwords.

Customers may also not see their full order history on the new site, but we are migrating any earned reward points over.

What Has Changed

Route Protection on all orders

We're covering all orders against loss/theft/damage in transit, powered by Route. We used to offer AfterShip Protection as an option for customers to purchase, but had some really unfortunate experiences with claims, and with the rise in stolen packages we made the decision to cover all orders by default and are absorbing that into our pricing.

Route also offers better tracking for orders, especially when there's multiple shipments in your order, and a simpler returns process with quicker refunds or replacements once we receive your items back.

More Options for Free Shipping

Orders over $599 Ship Free - We did an analysis on shipping costs, and worked with our suppliers and warehouse team, and are now happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $599.

More Products with Free Shipping - Thanks to some fancy work we can do with our new website platform, you'll find a lot of products which offer free shipping from popular brands like Holosun, Sig Sauer, Walther, Smith and Wesson and more. Look for the Free Shipping label as you browse the site, or filter by Free Shipping when in the catalog.

And even better, when you include a Free Shipping product in your order, the whole order ships free!

We've also kept the same flat rate shipping of $14.99 for orders that don't qualify for free shipping.

Price Matching on Select Products

We've enabled Price Matching on a number of products throughout the store. You'll see this on premium brands like Holosun. You can learn more about how price matching works by going to this page in our help section.
